Packing Tips

  • Pack light! You'll be doing a lot of walking, so you don't want to be weighed down by too much luggage.

  • Pack layers. The weather in Italy can be unpredictable, so it's always a good idea to pack layers so you can adjust your clothing as needed. Italy in September is typically a high of 85 and sunny during the day and will drop down to 60 at night.

  • Pack comfortable shoes. You'll be doing a lot of walking, so make sure to pack comfortable shoes that you can wear all day long.

  • Pack sunscreen. The sun in Italy can be very strong, so be sure to pack sunscreen to protect your skin.

  • Pack insect repellent. Mosquitoes can be a problem in Italy, so be sure to pack insect repellent to keep them away.

  • Pack a first-aid kit. It's always a good idea to pack a first-aid kit in case of any minor injuries.
